ok recently purchased a 75 caprice that has a bad paint job.. wondering if i use a orbital sander or paint remover to take the pearl and clearcoat off to get back to the original base..... what grit of sand paper do you suggest that wont mess up the base coat ? i plan on re clearing the car from a friend just need to know what to use to take this crap off
