Hydraulic noob needs schooling on pump heads

So my ride is simple, 2 pumps, 4 dumps, 4 batteries, 2 ton springs all around with accumulators on the rear, front/back/each wheel but I plan to drop down to just front/back/pancake. What's a good size pump head, 7 or 9? I don't hop or 3 wheel. Whats the difference between marzoochi's & rockfords other then the price?
