Always had all six bolts, just removed one to find the thread size to get more bolts. I've had this Marzocchi gear in a V-6 Ranger doin' high 30's years ago with 6 batteries no problem. Today I put the gear with a 1/2" port Showtime pump on 6 batteries in a '99 Towncar. After 4-5 hits of the switch doin' high 20's low 30's it blows the seals on rear part of the gear(the side that says Marzocchi). The first time it blew the seals, wasn't worried cuz I put them seals in '08 so I figured they're old. Put all new seals even the heart shaped ones also. 4-5 hits of the switch doin' high 20's low 30's it blows the seals again on the rear part of the gear. Never had a problem with blowin seals until now, what could be the problem? Could the surface where the seal makes contact be warped? Does it need to be torqued to a certain spec? Or could it be the quality of the seal?
